May 17-July 22. The Kelley House Museum presents Non-Inclusion: The Story of Look Tin Eli. The exhibit examines local ties to the story of Mendocino-born businessman Look Tin Eli, who led the reconstruction of San Francisco Chinatown after the 1906 Earthquake. His story reflects the impact of the Chinese Exclusion Act and his legal case was important to the eventual definition of citizenship.
